Effective 10/01/2008 there will be a $25.00 per year membership fee charge to use the facilities at Ginger's Ridge LLC. This payment will be current through Dec. 31st, 2009. Membership dues will then be due and payable each January 1st. This has become necessary to offset the cost of our liability insurance. If you are not a paid up member, we cannot allow you to use the facility. We appreciate your patronage and apologize for the extra charge, however it is necessary in order that we may keep this enclosure open to the public.
    In addition to this, we are requiring that anyone inside the gate has signed an accident waiver form. This is being done currently when dogs are signed in, however some are inside the enclosure that are not running dogs. Signing the waiver will be a one time thing and kept on file by Ginger's Ridge, LLC. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. As always, you are required to sign in your dogs before turning them loose each time running. This must be done prior to releasing your dogs. These changes are not meant to lessen your enjoyment when using the pen, but rather to ensure the pen is available for all of us many years into the future.
    Visitors are allowed to bring and ride their own ATV's and utility vehicles, but your safe use of these are your full responsibility. Avoid any and all unsafe practices while on Ginger's Ridge LLC land lease. I have marked some areas with highly visible signage that is off limits to travel. Should you choose to ignore these signs, you are fully on your own regarding the consequences. Like the sign on the gate says, "We are not responsible for injuries or accidents".
